Kenjura named Region CTE Teacher of the Year
Christopher Kenjura, current Virtual Business and Sports Marketing teacher, was just named as Region 6 CTE Teacher of the Year. CTE Director Cody Stelter said "We are very proud of him and his efforts with helping kids both in and outside the classroom. We wish him the very best at the State level in February." Kenjura is a past BHS Teacher of the Year and is the sponsor of DECA. Congratulations, Mr. Kenjura!

Career and Technical Education programs are dedicated to preparing young people to manage the dual roles of family member and wage earner.  CTE programs enable students to gain entry-level employment in a high-skill, high-wage job and/or to continue their education.  

Our mission is to provide opportunities for all students to acquire advanced academic and technical skills needed for entry into today’s global workforce as well as post-secondary education in order to become contributing members of their community.

Our vision is that every Career and Technical Education student will graduate ready for college, a career, and a life in an ever-changing global workforce and multicultural society.
