Mr. Bryant is in his 5th year as Principal of Brenham Junior High School.  Mr. Bryant was previously an assistant principal at College Station Middle School for 5 years and assistant principal at Oakwood Intermediate School for 2 ½ years.  Mr. Bryant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from East Texas State University and a Master’s degree in Administration from Sam Houston State University. Mr. Bryant has been an educator for 22 years.


Kay Domel serves as the 8th grade Assistant Principal at Brenham Jr. High and has served that position for the past four years.  She received her education from Blinn College, Associate Arts Degree in 1980; B.A. in Teaching from Sam Houston State University in 1983; and Master of Education with a Principal Certification in 2002.  She also received her Superintendent Certification in 2015.  Mrs. Domel has lived in Brenham for the past thirty-seven years and has served has a Brenham ISD employee for the past twenty-eight years.  Although she was not born and raised in Brenham, she says she got here as soon as she could!   Her favorite quote on education is, “You can teach a student a lesson for a day; but if you can teach him to learn by creating curiosity, he will continue the learning process as long as he lives.” Clay P. Hello, my name is Robert Reyes and I am the newest Assistant Principal at Brenham Junior High. This will begin my 25th year in education as a teacher, coach, and administrator.  I received my BA in Spanish at Southwest Texas State and my M. Ed. in Educational Administration at Texas A&M University. My wife Lori and I have two children. Our daughter Raquel will be a Junior at Texas State and our Son Charlie is currently serving in the U.S. Army. I am excited to be here in Brenham and will strive to help our teachers give your children all the opportunities for success they deserve.
