1) Although the current diagram on the National website says otherwise, there will be entry and exit points for exhibition.  Please view the diagrams on the competition website, these points will be 25' each. This is based on consulting the SOP and conversations with Mr. Stewart and Operations.

 

2) We have used a variety of methods this year for reporting in for inspection, please consult the SOP.  Based on the SOP, the commander will report in 6 and centered after open ranks.  

 

3) Additionally for inspection arms, the proper procedure based on my reading of the SOP is, the Judge faces the cadet, Cadet says "Good Morning "rank", Cadet such and such and then does inspection arms.

 

4) This is the easy one, the venue does not allow outside food or drinks at all, not inside or outside.  So, unfortunately those motivated parent groups, like mine, can not bring their normal set-ups.  There will be a full service concession stand and a food truck or two.  Cadets and instructors will be fed Texas Roadhouse for lunch at no charge.  

 

5) Again, there will be no interaction between judges and instructors the day of the competition, judges will not debrief, and score cards will be verified by the competing school's instructor once the judges have given them to the cadet at the individual event table.  All issues will go through Mr Stewart.  Arguing with judges will result in disqualification.
