MY STORY
As soon as I could pick up a pencil, I was drawing. Whatever I was interested in, I drew and drew some more. In school, I would color in the coloring book character we were given, and then create/draw an environment related to the character. A fence, a tree, a house, etc. I was compelled to fill in the empty world around the character. There is a story to tell about any character, and I sought to tell it.
Through my teenage years, and into adulthood, my interest in art moved to the computer, which led me to a BFA in graphic design and my current enrollment in the graduate-level visualization program at Texas A&M University. During my grad school years, I also served as a TA and Instructor of Record. I currently have only my thesis left. I enjoy both the aesthetic and technical/programming procedures in creating computer visuals, the entire process of taking ideas to visual imagery and experiences.
