My name is Roseann Mueller, and I have been the counselor at Krause Elementary since 2004. Before taking the role as counselor, I taught in Brenham ISD for 10 years.
My husband, Scotty, and I have been married for 22 years. I am extremely lucky to go through life with such a great guy. We have three pretty awesome kids: My oldest, Jackson, is in his second year at Blinn. He loves all sports, but his passion is football. He plays for the Blinn Bucs football team; Jared, my middle son, is a senior at BHS. Jared loves fishing, hunting and is a pretty good skeet shooter. And then there’s my baby, Jase, who is in 8th grade at BJHS. He loves basketball, baseball, football and, like most teenagers, his PlayStation games.
I absolutely love working with kids. I am excited to start teaching guidance lessons to all grade levels and am looking forward to getting to know all our students. My lessons will definitely touch on the idea of spreading kindness, not only to follow our school theme of “In a World Where You Can be Anything, Be Kind”, but because, in the long run, being a kind person is what truly matters.
