LaKeisha Williams
Campus Testing Coordinator/504/MTSS Coordinator
LaKeisha R. Williams chose the field of Education as a way to express her passion for being an advocate for all children. She cherishes the opportunity to serve in her hometown of Brenham, Texas. Mrs. Williams graduated from Brenham High School in 2005, and received her first teaching position at Alton Elementary School. In addition to Alton Elementary, she has also taught at Brenham Elementary School. Mrs. Williams has worked in Public Education for over 13 years. She holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Sam Houston State University (2010), an ESL Degree Supplement, as well as a Masters of Education in Administration from Lamar University (2014). Mrs. Williams earned her Administrator Certification in the Fall of 2024. One of her favorite quotes is “Two roads diverged in a wood, and I took the one less traveled by and that has made all the difference” (Robert Frost). Mrs. Williams believes in the importance of remaining committed to one’s calling in life, and not to one’s comfort zone. She is excited to join the Brenham Junior High campus for the 2024-2025 school year, where she will serve as the Campus Testing Coordinator/504/MTSS Coordinator.
