Hello, my name is Karen Peschel and I have the honor of being a Counselor at Brenham Middle School. My husband Wayne and I are blessed with three adult children, Rebecca, Kyle and Carson, and reside on a small farm near Bellville.  My role as a school counselor for many years has truly been a rewarding experience having the opportunity to work with students, teachers, administrators, and parents.  My belief is to continue to build a culture that nurtures and fosters positive relationships so that high levels of learning are achieved.  Working with children and helping them grow academically, socially and emotionally is my goal and I look forward to working with our community, students and staff here at Brenham ISD.
