Howdy, Alton Families!

I am so honored to join the Alton family as the Assistant Principal. I have known that I wanted to be a teacher since I was in elementary school and know getting to assist Mr. Ogg in leading one of the best elementary school is truly a dream come true. I graduated from high school just down the road in Bellville. From there I received my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Texas State University in San Marcos. I began teaching right out of college in Bellville for the next 11 years. Most of those years were spent in the classroom teaching English/Language Arts to second and fifth grade. I spent the next two years coordinating Bellville’s ESL program. 

My husband, Jared, and I live in Fayetteville with our two kids. We love being able to live the small town life and still work in amazing surrounding communities.
